Ravi has Academic and Industrial working experience of 15 years.

With his Psychology degree from Magadh University, he went on to do Master’s Degree in Fashion Technology from NIFT and post graduate in International Fashion Management from George Brown university, Canada.

He has conducted various courses including Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Apparel Merchandising and Marketing, Fashion Psychology, Fashion Appreciation/Orientation/History, Garment Fashion Technology, Sewing production, machineries , Equipments and its uses, Research methodology and Apparel Manufacturing and Production process.

He has been well recognized for his work and was awarded with Best Employee at Rattha overseas in 2006, as country manager stationed in Bangladesh.
