NID Haryana has traversed the initial journey of establishment and is on the path of winning
laurels and forging associations. Our students, faculty members and staff are the strength of
the institute. NID Haryana has witnessed students winning awards at National and
International forums, Institute establishing MoUs with Academic and Industry bodies,
initiation of outreach projects and establishing institute infrastructure. In 2022 NID Haryana
celebrated its 1 st convocation in which students of first two batches received Bachelor of Design degrees.

 

In 2022 Institute shifted its operations completely to the new sprawling campus. Covid-19 pandemic had brought in a disruptive change in the mode of education.

It also made our system and processes stronger and brought new learnings. With the updated curriculum that is multi-disciplinary and includes discipline specialisation and sub-specialisation and self-learning credit courses, Institute imparts global level contemporary education.

National education policy 2020 has shown a direction towards futuristic and visionary education pedagogy and NID Haryana is proud of the fact that some of the components are already part of NID Haryana education.

 

With focus on overall development of students, including co-curricular activities and
sports as part of student life in this campus, we look forward to students becoming
empathetic designers solving local and global issues through design interventions.
